Is this a self-hosted solution or a cloud platform?
Logistik is a self-hosted Laravel application. You deploy it to your own server or VPS, configure your domain with wildcard subdomains, and you own all the data. There is no vendor lock-in.
How does the multi-tenancy work?
Each client organization registers and gets their own subdomain (e.g. clientname.yourplatform.com). Their data — products, users, orders, warehouses — is fully isolated from all other organizations.
What payment methods are supported?
Subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Clients pay a recurring monthly fee directly through PayPal, with webhook-based status confirmation. Discount codes with fixed or percentage discounts are supported.
Can I customize the branding?
Yes. Each organization can upload their own logo and configure their settings. The platform itself can be rebranded — since you own the source code, full white-labelling is possible.
What are the server requirements?
PHP 8.2+, MySQL, a web server (Apache or Nginx), Composer, and a wildcard SSL certificate for subdomain support. Any standard Laravel-compatible hosting environment works.
